THE UNCONVENTIONAL NARRATIVES

I am a Creative Director and Product Design Consultant, co-founder of MADE ABROAD.

I have great interest in the intersection of art, design and technology, and I specialised my work in software, digital transformation, innovation and editorial products with an emphasis on collaboration practices.

I have a large experience working with global brands in different industries, but most importantly, a wide knowledge of design systems, design thinking and how to shape technical and creative solution for digital environments. I believe in richer outcomes with inclusive design and cross-disciplinary teams. I tackle projects with an user-centric approach, always trying to deliver value as quickly as possible and minimising the amount of waste produced in projects.

I often work on cultural projects, as well as participating in social enterprises like Design for 99 or Salon Flux London. I recently launched yourdigitalrights.org, a service for people to exercise GDPR and CCPA rights, because we believe that privacy matters and that exercising your right to privacy should be easy.

I also teach code and Digital practices at London College of Communication (LCC) and The UCL Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. I've also published thoughts about art in the past.

Proposition and development of design capabilities that work both at strategic and tactical level of the global enterprise products at GfK. The way this engagement was designed is to show by doing, where coaching was a key part by supporting the setup of lean practices (understand-build-learn & iterate) as well as implementing the Design Thinking process (Discover-Define-Develop-Delivery) to improve delivery.
I hired and led a team of 5 designers to grow the product capabilities as well as own the delivery of the enterprise design system and develop the MVP of a non-commercial contract management system.

Ideation and market validation of the product. We developed a service to allow users to remove their data from any organisation holding personal data. We build an MVP that allowed us to understand the problem statement and iterate the product to achieve customer needs and the maximum level of transparency on our data management.

Discovery and delivery of the medicines information index for the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) at GOV.UK. We provided with user research and insights definition. We created workflows that explore inclusivity and accessibility first to provide with an excellent service for patients and industry experts.

As a product designer, I worked on the re-definition of the business model from implementation team to end to end digital products services offering. My first challenge was to focus on the IA re-structure in order to adapt 10 years of unstructured content (from opinion to white papers and case studies) followed by the use of UI to explore new ways of presenting the services to a wide range of user groups.
